§ 115.02 ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE TO ADMINISTER.
   The tax hereby imposed shall be collected pursuant to the terms of the Simplified Municipal Telecommunications Tax Act and enforced by the Department of Revenue shall have full power to administer and enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
