§ 114.21 LICENSEE RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES.
Every act or omission by an adult establishment employee constituting a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be the act or omission of the licensee if the act or omission occurs either with the authorization, knowledge or approval of the licensee, or as a result of the licensee’s negligent failure to supervise the adult establishment employee. The licensee shall be punishable for the act or omission in the same manner as if the licensee committed the act or caused the omission. Accordingly, the act or omission of the employee constituting a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed, for purposes of determining whether the licensee’s adult establishment license shall be revoked, suspended or renewed, to be the act or omission of the licensee.
