§ 114.20 CHANGE IN INFORMATION.
   During the pendency of any application for or during the term of any adult establishment license, the applicant or licensee shall promptly notify the Adult Use Commissioner in writing:
   (A)   Of any change in any material information given by the applicant or licensee in the application for the license, including specifically but without limitation any change in managers of the adult entertainment establishment or in the individuals identified in the application pursuant to § 114.16(C)(1) or (2) of this chapter; or
   (B)   If any of the events constituting grounds for suspension or revocation pursuant to § 114.22(A) occur.
