§ 114.05 COMPUTATION OF TIME; HOLIDAYS.
   (A)   Unless otherwise specifically set forth in this chapter, the time within which any act required by this chapter is to be done shall be computed by excluding the first day and including the last day, unless the last day is Saturday, Sunday or a federal or state holiday, in which case it shall also be excluded. If the day immediately following the Saturday, Sunday or holiday is also a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, then the succeeding day shall also be excluded.
