§ 112.20 REQUIRED; REGISTRATION.
   No person shall operate or drive a taxicab in the city unless the person has first obtained a valid Illinois driver’s license and has caused the valid Illinois driver’s license to be registered with the Chief of Police, and has been issued a city taxicab driver’s license as the taxicab operator.
