(A) The city reserves the right to inspect all permitted premises at any time.
(B) Every holder of a café permit which allows the holder of a Class A or D liquor license to sell alcoholic liquor shall keep complete and accurate records, including a daily sheet showing separate receipts for each day from the sale of food and from the sale of alcoholic liquor.
(C) For the purpose of administrating and enforcing this subchapter, the Finance Department shall have the right to inspect all books, records and gross receipts concerning the amount of receipts from the sale of food, and the amount of receipts from the sale of alcoholic liquor of any person holding an outdoor café permit. Said books, records and reports shall be made available to the city upon reasonable notice, during customary business hours.
