Food vending is only permitted in Central Park located at the intersection of Broad Street and Main Street and Park Plaza area measured from the northwest corner of Park Plaza, thence 96 feet easterly, thence 132 feet southerly, thence 96 feet westerly and thence 132 feet northerly to the point of beginning. Food vending in these designated areas is subject to other restrictions listed herein.
