Applications for licenses under this subchapter shall be made to the City Clerk, and shall specify and describe the vehicle or vehicles, if any, intended to be used in the peddling or hawking operation, the type and kind of the goods, wares, services or merchandise to be peddled, the permanent address of the peddler and the peddler’s employer, if any, and the local address of the peddler, if any. Each applicant shall also exhibit two valid means of identification to the City Clerk.
