Any licensed peddler or hawker who shall be guilty of fraud, cheating or misrepresentation, whether through himself or herself or an employee, while acting as a peddler in the municipality or who shall barter, sell or peddle any goods, wares, merchandise or services other than those specified in his or her application for a license shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 for each offense, and the Mayor may revoke his or her license for the offense.
