§ 110.042 STOLEN PROPERTY.
   When any person is found to be the owner of stolen property which has been purchased by a used goods dealer, the property shall be returned to the owner thereof without payment of the money advanced by the used goods dealer thereon or any costs or charges of any kind which the used goods dealer may have placed upon the same.
