§ 110.041 IDENTIFICATION OF PERSONS MAKING PLEDGE.

   (A)   Every used goods dealer shall require two forms of identification to be shown him or her by each person pledging or pawning any goods, articles or other things to him or her. One of the two forms of identification must include his or her residence address.

   (B)   These forms of identification shall include but are not limited to any of the following:

      (1)   Driver’s license;

      (2)   Social Security card;

      (3)   Utility bill;

      (4)   Employee or student identification card;

      (5)   Credit card; or

      (6)   A civic, union or professional association membership card.
