It shall be the duty of every used goods dealer to make out and deliver to the Chief of Police on each day before 12:00 noon a legible and exact copy from the standard record book, as required in § 110.037 that lists all personal property and other valuable things received on deposit or purchased during the preceding day, together with the exact time when received or purchased, and a description of the person by whom left in pledge, or from whom the same were purchased.
