§ 110.007 EXHIBITION OF LICENSE OR PERMIT.
   Any person issued a license or permit shall have the license or permit with him or her at all times when performing the act or engaged in the trade, profession, business or privilege for which the same was granted; provided, that where the trade, profession, business or privilege is operated, conducted or carried on at a fixed place of establishment, the license or permit shall be exhibited at all times in a conspicuous place in the place or establishment; provided further, that motor vehicle licenses shall be affixed to the vehicle for which issued. The license or permit shall be exhibited upon demand of any police officer or person representing the issuing authority.
