(A) Unless otherwise provided, the license term shall begin on May 1 of each year, and shall terminate on April 30 of the following year.
(B) Where a license is issued for a period of less than one year, the effective date of the license shall commence with the date of issuance.
(C) Any permit issued shall show the date of commencement and the date of expiration thereof.
