§ 110.002 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE OR PERMIT.
   Unless otherwise specifically provided by ordinance, application for a license or permit shall be made to the City Clerk upon forms prescribed. The applicant shall state those facts that may be deemed applicable to the granting of the license or permit.
