§ 97.088 PIPE PUSHING OR BORING PREFERRED.
   Whenever it is feasible and practical the installation of utility mains, conduits and services shall be installed by means of pipe pushing or boring, so that the surface of the streets, sidewalks, driveways, curb and gutters do not have to be broken or cut.
