§ 97.055 SPECIFICATIONS FOR CUTS.
   All openings on public rights-of-way shall be made in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction adopted July 1, 1988 or latest edition, by the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, including all amendments and supplemental specifications.
