§ 97.019 PRIVATE STREET SIGNS.
   The owner of any approved subdivision which includes a private street or streets shall be responsible for the installation of street signs thereon in accordance with the following.
   (A)   Private street signs shall be installed prior to occupancy of any building on any private street.
   (B)   The city will be responsible for furnishing and installing a sign at any location where a private street adjoins a public street. The owner of the subdivision containing any private street shall be responsible for furnishing and installing all other signs.
   (C)   Specifications and placement requirements for private street signs shall be the same as for street signs installed by the city. It shall be the responsibility of the owner to obtain the specifications and placement requirements from the Director of Public Works for the city.
