(A) The following charges shall be made for grave openings:

Cremation burial | $275 |
Child under three years of age | $315 |
Persons three years of age or older | $550 |
An additional fee of $90 shall be charged for any opening or interment made on a Saturday or legal holiday. | |
(B) However, when the charges for opening the grave are to be paid by the State Department of Public Aid, the amount shall be determined by and limited to the amount currently allowable by ordinance and statute.
(C) For any opening made between December 15 of any year and March 15 of the following year, an additional fee of $75 shall be charged.
(D) These amounts shall be paid in full before the grave is opened, except in the case of an undertaker, in which case an account shall be kept by the city and the undertaker shall remit monthly upon receipt of statement.
