(A) No burial shall be made in any ground included in any purchase in Linwood or East Linwood Cemetery until full payment has been made for the burial space being used. No monument of a permanent nature may be set in the ground until the purchase money has been paid in full. Temporary, stake-type or similar markers are permitted during this interim period only. The City Clerk shall notify the cemetery sexton when installment payments are made on grave purchases, or when private sale transactions are recorded in the City Clerk’s cemetery deed record book and additional burials may be made in the ground proportionate to the amount paid for, all burials to be made in direct sequence running from one side of the lot where payments have been partial.
(B) The amounts shall be paid in full before the space is used, except in the case of a funeral home, in which case an account shall be kept by the city and the funeral home shall remit monthly upon receipt of statement.
