(A) The following fees shall be paid for the scattering of cremated human remains:
(1) Scattering garden.
(2) An additional fee of $100 shall be charged for any scatterings performed on a Saturday or legal holiday.
(B) The fee shall include the scattering of cremated human remains, and the engraving of the name and date of death of the decedent on the stone monument placed in the garden. An additional name or names may be placed on the monument at the time of the first scattering for an additional fee of $50 per name.
(C) The fee shall include the scattering of cremated human remains, and the engraving of the name and date of death of the decedent on the stone monument placed in the garden.
