(A) For the purposes of this subchapter, a SCATTERING GARDEN shall be defined as an area designated for the purpose of scattering cremated human remains.
(B) Lots 49 through 81 in Block 9 in Section C in East Linwood Cemetery shall be reserved as a scattering garden, which shall be divided into four sections to be known as scattering garden areas I, II, III and IV, respectively.
(C) The scattering gardens provided for herein will be closed during the months of December, January, February and March.
