§ 92.17 AUTHORITATIVE DOMAIN OF CITY OVER CEMETERY USE.
   All persons shall comply with the rules and regulations of the city in the interment or removal of bodies, and in the care, ornamentation and use of the grounds thereof, and no deed or contract made with the city shall prevent the exercise of that power on the part of the city.
