§ 92.15 DESIGNATION OF LINWOOD AND EAST LINWOOD CEMETERIES.
   (A)   Generally. The premises conveyed to the city by the Linwood Cemetery Association, by deed bearing the date of December 15, 1857, and any additions which may be made thereto, including the principal addition to date known as East Linwood Cemetery, shall be and the same are hereby declared to be the public burial grounds of the city, which shall be continued and known as Linwood and East Linwood Cemeteries.
   (B)   Verification of prior instruments, relative to cemetery grounds. The survey and plat of the grounds as made and recorded by the Cemetery Association is hereby approved and confirmed, and all sales of lots made in the ground on which the purchase money has been paid, and all sales heretofore made in compliance with the terms of any ordinance of the city in force at the time of sale are hereby approved and confirmed. This verification applies to Linwood and East Linwood Cemeteries.
   (C)   Approval of eastern addition to Linwood Cemetery, Extension One. The survey and plat of the eastern addition to Linwood Cemetery, Extension One, is approved and confirmed, and the lots designated therein may be offered for sale, subject to the following terms.
      (1)   The lots may be used as mausoleum sites, with the maximum dimensions of mausoleums erected thereon to be ten feet long, nine feet wide and four feet high.
      (2)   There shall be allowed only one mausoleum per lot.
      (3)   The mausoleum lots shall be sold at a price of $1,750 per lot. The sale of these lots shall be subject to the terms of this subchapter.
      (4)   Lot 19 of this plat shall not be offered for sale.
