§ 92.03 DEFACING PROPERTY AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, in any cemetery in the city or in any cemetery controlled by the city, to willfully or negligently destroy, mutilate, deface, injure, cut or in any manner disturb, except by consent of the owner of the property, or the authorities in charge of the cemetery, any tomb, monument, stone, ornament, walk, drive, fence, rail, shrub, flower, plant, building, structure, fixture or property of any kind or to drive any vehicle except on the designated driveways, or to dress any stone in any the cemetery, or to frequent the cemetery for gambling or any obscene or lewd purpose, or to create any disturbance therein, or be guilty of any disorderly conduct in the cemetery.
