§ 91.056 BUSINESS QUALIFICATIONS.
   Any person seeking a contract to conduct a commercial business on the city airport must qualify under the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration regulations in regard thereto and any regulation of the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics relevant thereto.
