§ 91.038 DISABLED AIRCRAFT.
   All disabled aircraft or parts thereof shall be stored in the repair or other hangars of the airport or shall be removed from the airport. Any disabled aircraft or parts thereof not so stored or removed after a reasonable time shall be removed by the city at the expense of the owner thereof.
