(A) No tenant at the airport will effect structural or exterior decoration changes or additions of any kind without obtaining specific written approval from the City Manager in advance of making the change.
(B) Tenants at the airport shall be fully responsible for all damage to any premises, equipment or injury to persons, including death resulting from the negligence of the tenant.
