§ 91.005 CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
   All persons or aircraft operating on, to or from the Galesburg Municipal Airport shall be fully certificated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and registered therewith and carrying current registration certificates as required by the Federal Aviation Administration and bearing a current state registration certificate.
