§ 94.48 EMERGENCY REMOVAL OF DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES.
   Any building or structure within the city limits which is an imminent danger due to being damaged by fire, wind, flood, water, or other catastrophic event to the extent of 75% of its value shall be torn down and removed immediately upon concurrence of the City Manager, City Attorney, Director of Community Development, Fire Chief and Police Chief or their designees.
