The Commission’s duties shall be as follows:
(A) Recommend rules and regulations for the operation of the airport;
(B) Make recommendations for future growth or expansion of the airport;
(C) Make recommendations for maintenance and capital projects at the airport;
(D) Provide recommendations and input on the annual operating budget for the airport; and
(E) Provide an annual report to the City Council.
