(A) Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction for a first offense, be fined not less than $250 nor more than $1,000; upon conviction for a second offense within a 12-month period, shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $1,000; and upon conviction for a third or subsequent offense within a 12-month period, shall be fined not less than $750 nor more than $1,000. Each day during which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
(B) The minimum fine to be imposed upon conviction of a violation of § 94.17(E)(4) shall be $500.
