§ 94.19 USE OF TARPS AS COVERS FOR ROOFS AND GARAGE DOOR OPENINGS.
   Roofs and garage door openings, shall not be covered with tarps, except as an emergency measure due to fire, explosion, vandalism or other catastrophic event; or as an incident to the construction or repair of a building or structure. The covering shall not exceed 90 days unless the owner can provide written evidence for a reasonable time extension.
