§ 112.60 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SHARED ELECTRIC SCOOTER. A device weighing less than 150 pounds that has:
      (1)   Handlebars and an electric motor,
      (2)   Is solely powered by the electric motor and/or human power, and
      (3)   Has a maximum speed of no more than 20 miles per hour on a paved level surface when powered solely by the electric motor.
