Any person operating a shared electric scooter shall operate the shared electric scooter subject to the following:
(A) Shared electric scooter shall only be ridden on streets, and where available in bike lanes and bike paths.
(B) Shared electric scooters are to stay to the right of street lanes and off the right of way to bicycles in bike lanes and on bike paths.
(C) Any person operating a shared electric scooter shall be 18 years of age or older.
(D) No person shall operate a shared electric scooter on the sidewalk.
