(A) The applicant for a license under this chapter shall pay to the City Clerk, prior to filing the application, a fee of $250 for each video gaming terminal per license year, beginning May 1, 2020 and ending April 30, 2021, and annually thereafter. If the license is denied, the license fee shall be refunded to the applicant.
(B) The city may allow licensees to make quarterly payments for the cost of their video gaming license(s). In the event that a licensee does not make a timely quarterly payment, a fee of $25 per day shall be assessed against the licensee for each day that they remain delinquent on their payment.
