§ 130.069 CONSUMPTION AND TRANSPORTATION OF CANNABIS.
   (A)   No person shall use cannabis in any public place as defined by ILCS Ch. 410, Act 705, § 10-35 of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act.
   (B)   No person shall use cannabis in a motor vehicle.
   (C)   No person shall possess cannabis within a private motor vehicle unless it is in a secured, sealed container.
