§ 112.51 TNC LICENSE.
   No person or company shall engage in the business of operating a TNC in the city without a license. Applications for such a license shall be submitted to the City Clerk's Office. Licenses shall run from May 1 through April 30 of each year. The cost for such a license shall be $1,500.
