§ 113.072 DANCING AND ENTERTAINMENT.
   (A)   A holder of a Class A, B, D, E, F, H, K, M, and O license may offer, give, sponsor or present a show, act, entertainment or performance, provided that the show, act, entertainment or performance be limited to a stage or bandstand; and provided further that the holder first obtains a permit therefor in the manner hereinafter set forth.
   (B)   A permit authorizing dancing or entertainment or both may be obtained by the holder of a liquor license from the City Clerk upon the written approval of the Local Liquor Commissioner and the payment of a fee of $100.
   (C)   A holder of a Class G license may allow dancing by patrons in any part of the licensed premises and may offer, give, sponsor or present a show, act, entertainment or performance, without obtaining the permit provided for herein, provided that the show, act, entertainment or performance be limited to a stage or bandstand.
   (D)   A permit allowing outdoor entertainment shall not be valid between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
