§ 113.069 CLEANLINESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to employ in or about any premises licensed or used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor any person who is afflicted with or who is a carrier of any contagious, infectious or venereal disease; and it shall be unlawful for any person who is afflicted with or is a carrier of any such disease to work in or about any premises licensed or used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor or to engage in any way in the handling or preparation or distribution of the liquor.
   (B)   License holders shall keep the area surrounding the licensed premises in a good and clean condition. This shall include regular monitoring of the area for trash and debris generated as part of their operations. The license holder shall take immediate action to clean up or remove any trash and debris on their property, or the sidewalk abutting their premises.
