No minor shall be employed in any manner at any tavern during business hours nor perform any work whatsoever in any manner related to the tending of bar or the drawing, pouring, mixing, serving or selling of alcoholic liquor in any licensed premises, except that persons 19 years of age or older may work on the premises as musicians. No minor shall perform any delivery of alcoholic liquor outside of the licensed premises.
