§ 113.067 PREMISES LIMITATIONS.
   Excepting only hotels, motels and clubs, no alcoholic liquor shall be sold at retail upon any premises which has any exits which lead from the premises to any other portion of the same building or structure used for dwelling or lodging purpose; provided, that this provision is not intended to prevent any connection between the licensee’s premises and any other portion of the building or structure which is used only by the licensee, his or her family and personal guests.
