(A) Generally. No alcoholic liquor shall be sold at retail or consumed on any licensed premises between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any Monday through Friday; no alcoholic liquor shall be sold at retail or consumed on any licensed premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any Saturday or Sunday; provided, however, that alcoholic liquor may be sold at retail or consumed on any licensed premises until the hour of 2:00 a.m. on any January 1.
(B) Closing. Patrons shall not be allowed to loiter, or remain, for more than 15 minutes, on premises licensed under Class A-1, A-2, Class B, Class D, Class F, Class G, Class H, Class K, Class L, and Class O of this subchapter after closing hours.
