§ 113.043 LIMITATION ON NUMBER.
   (A)   No more than 27 Class A-1 licenses shall be issued and no more than five Class A-2 licenses shall be issued.
   (B)   No more than two Class B licenses shall be issued.
   (C)   No more than 32 Class C-1 licenses shall be issued. No more than one Class C-2 license and one Class C-3 license shall be issued.
   (D)   There is no limit on the number of Class D licenses which may be issued.
   (E)   No more than five Class F licenses shall be issued.
   (F)   Except as set forth in § 113.039, there is no limit on the number of Class G licenses which may be issued.
   (G)   No more than one Class K license shall be issued.
