§ 38.03 COMPLIANCE OFFICERS.
   The City Manager shall appoint compliance officers who are authorized to issue code violation notices. Currently, compliance officers are any and all sworn police and firefighters, community service officers, building code inspectors, Public Works Director, Community Development Director, and any other person appointed to issue code violation notices.
