For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OWNER. In addition to meaning the complete ownership of a motor vehicle, includes the lessee of a motor vehicle.
SEX OFFENSES. Offenses under Article 11 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, §§ 11-1 et seq.), or the laws of any other jurisdiction punishing the same acts, whether defined as a felony or misdemeanor.
TAXICAB. Includes any motor vehicle, carrying not more than seven passengers for hire, for which public patronage is solicited, not being operated over fixed routes on fixed time schedules.
