§ 71.064 SIGNAL BY HAND OR ARM OR SIGNAL DEVICE.
   Any stop or turn signal when required herein shall be given either by means of the hand and arm or by an electric turn signal device conforming to the requirements provided in § 12-208 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 12-208).
