§ 71.017 INTERSTATE AND INTRASTATE TRUCKS.
   All interstate and all intrastate trucks shall remain on the marked state route or highway while traveling through the city, except in the event the interstate or intrastate trucks have deliveries or pickups to make within the city, they shall remain upon the marked state routes to the place nearest to the point of the delivery or pickup to be made by them, and return to the state route or highway at the point from which departure was made.
