§ 70.100 OPERATION OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES AND OFF-HIGHWAY MOTORCYCLES ON STREETS, ROADS AND HIGHWAYS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any all-terrain vehicle or off-highway motorcycle upon any street, highway or roadway in this city.
   (B)   Except as provided under division (C) of this section, all-terrain vehicles and off-highway motorcycles may make a direct crossing, provided:
      (1)   The crossing is made at an angle of approximately 90 degrees to the direction of the street, road or highway and at a place where no obstruction prevents a quick and safe crossing;
      (2)   The all-terrain vehicle or off-highway motorcycle is brought to a complete stop before attempting a crossing; and
      (3)   The operator of the all-terrain vehicle or off-highway motorcycle yields the right-of-way to all pedestrian and vehicular traffic which constitutes a hazard.
   (C)   No person operating an all-terrain vehicle or off-highway motorcycle shall make a direct crossing upon a curb or edge. In this section, a SUBSTANDARD WIDTH LANE means a lane that is too narrow for a bicycle or motorized pedalcycle and vehicle to travel safely side by side within the lane.
   (D)   Any person operating a bicycle or motorized pedalcycle upon a one-way highway with two or more marked traffic lanes may ride as near the left-hand curb or edge of the roadway as practicable.
