§ 70.079 TRAINS—PARKING; TIME LIMIT.
   No person shall cause a train, or part thereof, to be parked or stopped within the corporate limits of the city in such a manner or location as to cause a crossing signal or signals to emit an audible noise or flash a warning light for more than five consecutive minutes.
